Terms of service
These terms describe the current VitalSpoke iPhone app, its server features, optional connected tools, and paid plans.
Service provider
The hosted service at vitalspoke.ai is operated by myrandomcompany Incorporated, a Delaware corporation in the United States. Company website: myrandomcompany.com.

The Apple developer account currently used for the iOS app is held by Freedom Technologies Pty Ltd. The hosted-service operator identified above handles the VitalSpoke service and privacy requests described on this site.
The service
VitalSpoke lets you view selected Apple Health information and manually export it to a VitalSpoke server. The current export supports steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, active energy, sleep, and workouts. HealthKit access is read-only; you select the categories and date range for each export.
VitalSpoke is informational. It is not a medical device, medical record, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. Do not use it for an emergency or for a decision that requires a clinician.
Accounts and credentials
Apple or Google sign-in may be used when configured. The account uses a provider subject identifier and does not silently merge accounts because their email addresses match. Protect your device, account session, owner token, and connector keys. Never give the owner token to a connected tool.
You are responsible for choosing records you have the right to access and share. Review each HealthKit permission and export selection carefully.
Connected tools
You may create a separate read-only connector for Muse. It is limited to the categories and dates you choose and can expire after no more than 30 days. It can read only records already exported to the VitalSpoke server. Revoking a connector stops future reads but cannot recall copies the connected service already received. That service’s own terms and retention controls apply to those copies.
Subscriptions
Paid access is separate from the free or self-hosted experience and depends on the relevant provider being enabled. Current planned plans are:
- Apple in-app: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year.
- Eligible Apple subscribers: may be shown a 7-day free trial. Apple shows the offer and localized price before confirmation.
- Stripe web checkout: a separate web billing path with the same starting plan prices and an eligible 7-day trial when shown at checkout.
Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Apple advises canceling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal; Apple controls billing, refunds, renewal, and subscription management. Deleting a VitalSpoke account does not cancel Apple billing. See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.
Stripe web subscriptions are managed through the authenticated Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel before the next renewal shown there if you do not want another charge. The final checkout displays the applicable price, trial, renewal, and cancellation details. Apple and Stripe are separate billing paths; a purchase in one does not become a purchase in the other.
Self-hosted servers
VitalSpoke can be used with a server operated by you or your organization. The server operator controls its infrastructure, access, backups, retention, and notices. When you use the hosted VitalSpoke service, myrandomcompany Incorporated operates the service described by these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Deletion and service changes
Account controls support sign-out, connector revocation, and account deletion. Deletion is intended to remove active server records, sessions, and connector keys. Local server backups may retain copies for roughly eight to nine days under the published backup process. Connected tools and payment providers may retain information under their own terms.
We may change or discontinue features, provider availability, pricing, or connected services. We will update these terms when a change materially affects how the service is used.
Third-party services
Apple HealthKit, Apple sign-in and billing, Google sign-in, Stripe, and connected tools are operated by third parties. Their availability, terms, privacy notices, and payment rules apply to the parts they provide. VitalSpoke does not claim that Muse or Meta has approved, listed, or partnered with this product.
